My goal is to provide the best possible service in the medical claims and investigative insurance business. My concept is to integrate these key services in order to provide fast and economical results for the legal and insurance professionals. First, Research Service Bureau (RSB) provides life, disability and health claims records in a timely manner for any location. Second, Neurology Specialists of Morris County handles the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of all categories of neurology disorders. Finally, Kevin P. Carey & Associates (KPC) is the premiere investigative agency that handles all types of insurance fraud, investigations, and surveillance services. Based on our over 20+ years of experience, I believe that we have achieved our professional goals of extraordinary service to this marketplace.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Joining us in February of 2016, Chris brings an expertise of customer interaction formed by over 20 years of senior sales roles in the consumer packaged goods industry and counts every major national account as a past business partner. He is a retired US Army Guard and Reserve Officer with Combat Arms leadership experience. His past projects include Kosovo, Guantanamo Bay Cuba, Germany and domestic US operational assignments.
In business, Chris has a proven record of building long term, mutually supporting business relationships with a customer base through an approach that is grounded in addressing customer service needs.
Chris holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a concentration in International Marketing. He is also a graduate of The US Army Command and General Staff College at FT Leavenworth, KS, and has previously held security clearances. He is continuing his professional education through Insurance Industry professional associations.
Assistant Operations Manager
Tracy has over 30 years of Insurance Industry experience with expertise in Life Products, Contestable Cases and work on foreign soil. Her leadership of her team and contribution to the RSB mission are central to meeting our customer service goals. She has a career of customer interaction and has produced work quality that is consistently positive from our long term customers.
With a background from the clinical laboratory setting Erika has over 15 years of experience with Client Satisfaction and Employee Productivity.
At Research Service Bureau we aim to put our client’s and their customers first. Treating each case assigned as if it was our own, showing integrity and diligence in the services we provide.
Erika lead the development of the RSB Client Portal. We look forward to demonstrating what this portal can do for our clients to improve their claim support service experience.
Misty brings 14 years of proficiency in healthcare to RSB, having worked in positions ranging from nursing assist to medication technician. In a leadership role at RSB for more than five years, she is a trusted service representative for our clients. She manages the client service experience from the beginning to fruition on each case, providing a quality product and complimentary experience.
Sales and Operations Assistant
Zoya is engaged in analytical tasks for the purpose of enhancing company sales and productivity reports to management. She has gained extensive knowledge from academic and marketing fields in technical elements of marketing initiatives including data mining, brand creation, print/Web content development, as well as strategic market research. Zoya assists the team in new customer presentations and tailoring additional services to existing partners. Her technical expertise is critical to support our sales and marketing operations as well as our fieldwork. Zoya concurrently pursues her Masters Education and is a native Russian speaker.
Field Operations Manager
Dennis has a decorated 23 year career in NY City Law Enforcement with an additional 15 years of SIU experience at a major insurance carrier. Currently a licensed psychotherapist and a highly experienced diagnostician in the field of mental disorders. Dennis leads our field interview operations.
