JIM ELDER* - has handled insurance claim investigations and surveillance throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky for over 25 years. He is domiciled in Cincinnati and handles the above states.

CHARLES FRALICK* - has handled Life & Health, Disability, Worker’s Comp and a wide variety of investigative assignments, including Welfare Fraud, for over 30 years. He handles Florida and adjacent states.

ERNEST HARMON – domiciled in New York City, he handles the NYC Metropolitan area and northeastern New Jersey. He has been in the claims industry since 1987, both as a field investigator and claims director.

CHUCK JOHNSON – is domiciled in Rhode Island and has 18 years experience handling insurance claim investigations. He handles the New England states from eastern New York to Maine.

KATHLEEN KLOBUCHER* - has been an investigator for the past 20 years conducting insurance and various other types of investigations throughout Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, and western New York. A sur-veillance specialist, she is available to travel as needed throughout the U.S.

PHIL LEOTTA* - has been inves-tigating insurance claims for over 25 years, including Life & Health, Worker’s Comp and Property Claims. He handles Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, and Arkansas.

STEVE MINGIONE, ALHC* – has handled investigations and surveil-lance's for the past 18 years through-out the Southeast, primarily in Georgia and Florida. He has exten-sive experience in Life, Disability, and Worker’s Comp situations.

ELAINE MUELLER – has over 20 years experience in Life & Health claims, first as an examiner, then as an investigator. She lived and worked several years in Florida, but most of her career has been in the Midwest in the Milwaukee, WI area.

DANIEL MURRAY – was involved in Life, Health and Disability claims as an examiner and auditor until 1976, when he became a claims field rep. He is domiciled in Baltimore, MD and handles Maryland, eastern Pennsyl-vania, DC, West Virginia, Virginia, and New Jersey.

ROGER SORENSON – has worked as a claims investigator since 1964 in various locations. He has a heavy background in Life & Health and Worker’s Comp. He is domiciled in Fargo, ND and handles North and South Dakota.

TEX WILCOX – has worked in the insurance investigation business for over 30 years. He has a heavy background in Life & Health and Worker’s Comp. He is domiciled in northwestern Indiana, handling adjacent states.
